Hello everyone! I am new to GC. I signed up the other day and check in every once in a while to see if anything new is going on. I am from the Theta Upsilon chapter at Georgetown College (Arin knows me well.) I just wanted to say hello to everyone and I look forward to talking to everyone on GC!!!:) ;) :D

Welcome to Greek Chat Erin!

Hehehe, my chapter at one point had an Alissa, an Elissa, and 2 Melissas at the same time. Now we have the same 2 Melissas and an Alyssa. It's especially bad in a chapter of only 30-35 people!

Yes, it is confusing to have the same name but if it makes it any easier you can call me Arin with an A, someone started that Freshman year and it stuck!

Erin, I am glad to see another TU on the board. Heather R. is on here also, I hope others follow soon.

As to having the same names in chapters, in one NM class there were 3 Sarahs plus we already had 3 or 4 members. Talk about confusing, for the most part you just call everyone by their full name.

Erin, I have to go back to work but I look forward to seeing you on Friday for theme or is it saturday for pref? It will be weird this year not wearing white for pref??

I will be there on Saturday...it is my weekend with Brayden so I can only come down on Saturday. What is Heather R.'s screenname? I hope she is doing well in Florida!! I am so excited to see everyone. It is different not being in white and not being able to talk to those girls that you do know. Is it to late to send in a RIF?

I think her screen name is ThetaUp something. I know that it is Theta Upsilon something.

I think you can turn a RIF in at any point, ladies help me out if I am wrong!

I knew as Alumna that I couldn't make in decisions on the PNM but I thought I could at least float because of the low number of Members at some of the parties, but I was told no when I mentioned this idea. Since I am still here at GC I would know alot of the girls going through and could help out with the tight numbers, oh well....
