Joe Millionaire
Did anyone see this? There are so many shows like it popping up I can't seem to keep up. I saw this, but it strikes me as the Bachelor with a twist, though I've never seen the Bachelor. Is this the poor mans Bachelor?

I just don't know
what to say about it. We watched it last night. There was one sister among the sea of others and he she was selected to go to the next round. I can't see what folk it out of being involved in these type of programs. Do you really think that you can find that special person in a group of 20. If that were the case I would have met someone long ago at a football game, club or even church. Women should not make fools of themselves on tv by telling the world that that are in love with a man that the've only known for a month. Who knows what someone is really like when the camera stops.

To me, it seems more like a male-appeal program because it's a raised middle-finger at alleged gold diggers.

I was tripping
On them BITING the pearls to make sure they were real
WTF:mad: ? And on some of those chicks CRYING:eek: :o cuz thye weren't picked. Puhleeze. ***edit*** How about when smoove tried to jump back on his horse and tripped. ROFL. |

I saw the show and my BIG problem w/ it is that the "millionaire" keeps stating that he wants to find a women who will love him for him. Well, hell how is he suppossed to do that in this situation when he is constantly LYING about who he is.
Yes, alot of the women on the show seem to be gold diggers. But there may be at least one that may look beyond that and actually love this fool. When he breaks the news that he's been lying and leading her on she (if she has good sense...but then again she probably wouldn't be on the show) probably will not want to continue a relationship w/ this man. So of course he'll take it as she only was in it for the money. A relationship that starts out w/ deception IMO is like a house being built on quick sand! |
Did you notice when he gave the girls a necklace, he commented on their beauty but when he got to the black girl, all he could say was "she was very gracious". He seems a little effeminate to me. Maybe it was all the eye makeup he had on.

Another thing occurs to me: Fox delayed running this series until after Monday Night Football was over, which speaks to my theory about this show trying to hook a male audience.
Also, I'd like to see a Black version of this show, the Bachelor, the Bachelorette with contestants who have vastly different personal styles vying to win. |

I think the show looks HILARIOUS too though- I want to see the faces when they find out! |
Joe Millionare
I thought I was the only one that was laughin that hard when dude tried to get back up on that horse and his butt fell off. I am mad at the girl that is on there who already has a boyfriend. You can tell she just wants the money. The girls wanted her to leave because she already had a boyfriend and hadn't told Joe, so they thought she was taking up their time with him. She basically told them to kiss her ass, and then in sweet revenge she wasn't picked to go to the next round...and had the nerve to get mad and start making a scene. People can be so superficial. I hope that they feel really stupid when they learn he doesn't have any money, UNLESS they really like him for who he is.

Reality TV's Kinky Star
LOS ANGELES (AP) -- One of the three finalists in Fox's hit "Joe Millionaire" has starred in dozens of bondage and fetish films under a pseudonym, a Web site reported Wednesday. Sarah Kozer, 29, starred in movies such as "Novices in Knots" and "Hogtied," and a foot-fetish film "Dirty Soled Dolls," according to the Web site The Smoking Gun. The site said Kozer was clothed in her movie appearances, which included being gagged and hog-tied in a cheerleader's uniform. She also ties up other characters. Kozer, one of a trio of women still hoping to land "Joe Millionaire" Evan Marriott in the Fox series, was shown this week sneaking off into the darkness for a tryst with him. The series drew more than 20 million viewers on Monday, its biggest audience yet. Fox wouldn't say if it knew about Kozer's past before casting her. "We don't comment on the personal lives of the contestants," network spokesman Scott Grogin said. There was no answer to a telephone call to Kozer's Los Angeles home on Wednesday. The Smoking Gun said she wouldn't comment when reached by its reporter. Kozer's occupation is described as "sales and design" on Fox's Web site. There's no mention of her acting jobs, under the name Cindy Schubert, in Fox's brief bio. When asked "what is the wildest thing you've ever done?", she said there was a long list but picked backpacking in Morocco. "Most of my `wild' things involve adventure and romance," she said. |

Dirty Soled Dolls?!??! BLEEEEEEEEEEEHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!! OMG. Novices in knots! Sounds like a boyscout training video. Sorry, but Dirty Soled Dolls is SO SO hilarious. I will now retire the name "Silver Bullets" for my old Nike Shox and christen them the '03 Dirty Soled Dolls. |
