Lyrical Poetic adventure (for the real poets)
 

Hey y'all, lets start a Lyrical Poetic adventure thread. Callin all poets out there, come show your stuff. The concept is that someone starts off by posting a poem, and the next person continues from the last line.

Ex:

blah
blah
blah
You don't hear my pain,
no reason for me to stay sane
**************************************************

and the next person responds kinda like this

no reason for me to stay sane
nothing to lose, everything to gain
blah
blah
blah
blah...


So basically u just continue from last line, the poems can be about anything. Feel free to change the topic. Who wants to start off, come on guys

You seem to be expressing feelings that I don't share
Laying all of your care and emotions at my door
You leave me with this huge burden to bare
Undoubtedly my own feelings I can't ignore

undoubtedly my own feelings, I can't ignore,
yet you have no problem just closing that door,
while I am here contemplating what is in store,
then three words resound to me, Never...No More...
...will I fall the victim to your melody of lies,
while I'm looking deep into your chocolate brown eyes,
and hoping and praying that this time it's right,
yet all the while leading to my heart's demise.

piece by piece, its falling,
who is my true calling?
love got me soul searching,
seeking to find the reason,
why my heart is beating,
my eyes in a daze,
as I stare amazed,
tryin to fill my cup,
with every bit that drops,
from the passion that flows,
guess thats how soul love goes

As time passed, someone new was foud
who i know in my heart is true love bound
you tried to come back and open that door
but three words i told you were Never No More
You was shocked as you noticed, the door was still closed
You were my heart, or so you supposed
Your head hung low when you walked away
As you regret that my heart wasn't yours to stay
