Hi guys!
Is anyone out there from Duke University? I finally convinced my sister to rush, but she knows she has missed the deadline to sign up. I don't think this will be a problem, but I'm trying to contact someone who can help her out (since I really think she would like being in a sorority!). Does anyone know anybody I can email? you can PM me :-)

Have you tried to email the panhellenic council. Or even the exec board of Chi Omega and explaining it to them? Here is the website for the duke chapter of Chi Omega they may have some contacts on there.

Hey...
I called the Panhellenic council in the begining of Jan and they were dead set against her registering for rush. So... she joined what they call a selected living group. It's like a co-ed local fraternity. She likes the people and is happy to have a nice place to live next year. I hope she likes it!

Is she still going to try and go through next year?

Unless someone she knows asks her to do COB or informal rush, I don't think so. She doesn't see herself as the sorority type, even though she is now good friends with all the DKE's there and has a few friends in Chi O. I made her promise if they ask her to come to an event, that she will go. lol.
