I found another badge on ebayhttp://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll...748634306&rd=1. I am currently the highest bidder on it. My ID is haremdancer please don't outbid me unless you see a non member doing it.

ohhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh --- i hate ebay sometimes...i picked up a pin off there the other day for less than $40 - just cause it was mislabled...

I really do hope I get it. I have a plain badge and was considering getting a pearl badge from international headquarters as a second badge, but if I can keep one away from a collector I'll do it.

The seller doesn't know his/her greek letters. That's Gamma Epsilon from Univ. of North Carolina, chartered in 1945, unfortunately, it's inactive now.

I didn't see any pearl guards on their website, but I remembered seeing them in a Theta Chi catalog awhile back, so I checked on the Theta Chi section of the BurrPat website and they're there. I might order it through there if I'm able to. I don't understand why they don't offer them through the AGD section. A pearl guard looks so pretty with a pearl badge.

hey - i was wondering how accurate you think the whole sister search thingy on the IHQ website is? i bought a pin off of ebay recently with a sister's name on the back of it. i looked her up and although she was initiated in 1923 it still has her name and address listed - if she were truly alive she'd be 'bout 98 or 99 maybe even 100. i'm just wondering if i should even try to write to her to let her know i found her badge.
