little sister issue
 

I have a problem, i am garduating in the spring and i have decided that i want to take another little. The problem is, is that the little i already have doesnt want me to take another one, and on top of that she is phi mom now. She is like completely against it, how can i get her to change her mind and let me take another one because i really want too.

alright. it seems like drama always goes on when it's time to decide who the bigs are. you need to get to know the phis first. if you get to know them well, and find a little who you just have to have you should broach the subject with her again. explain why, and she might think about it. also, you should find out if the reason she doesn't want you to take a little is because she won't be an "only" any more. i've noticed phi directors to be very protective of their phis as well, so it may be that she just doesn't want a phi to be left without a big around after her first semester/quarter.
