Are there any advisers out there?

Yeah I am advisor for Theta. I am the VPE advisor as well as the rush advisor. I absolutely love it, I would say that it is very rewarding and it is my way to give something back to something that was so special in my life.

I'm House Advisor for Epsilon Kappa chapter of KKG at the University of South Carolina. Since I have no daughters of my own, I love being involved with these exceptional young ladies. They are a big boost to my ego also whenever they are happy to see me at meetings, recruitment, etc.!

USC has set aside some property for Greek housing, and Kappa is just about ready to break ground. The house should be ready by 8/1/03, just in time for recruitment!!! If I continue as House Advisor, my job will take on some added responsibility in the near future.

While I am not an Advisor in the sense that you all are , as I am 2 hours away from the Chapter!

But I am on the Mentoring Committee, The House Corporation,, House Building and Alum Association Committee!

I admire each and everyone of you for spending your time with your Chapters!

It takes dedicated Alums to help make it work!

Keep the faith as you can gert burned out as I have many times!

But you suck it up and drive on ahead!

Remember, You are the Best of the Best! So I guess that says it all!:D

I served 8 years as an advisor to the Ohio Theta chapter of Pi Beta Phi (Bowling Green State University), as Finance, Membership and chairman (4 years). I then served the fraternity as Collegiate Province President for 5 years, working with our chapters in Michigan.

I now serve the fraternity as an elected officer, with one term as Director of Collegiate Programming and now as Director of Academics

I'm AAC chair for my chapter, as well as adviser to panhellenic and social chair. Needless to say I go a little crazy trying to keep up with all 3 :D We definitely need to get a few more bodies on our board - we're working on 2 alum to see if they'll volunteer starting January.
