New House!!!!!
 

This is going to be short and sweet, but I just wanted to share the news with everyone...

I am SO excited!!!!! Our chapter of ADPi will soon be purchasing our first and very own house!!!!!
Yay!!!!!!!!!!!!

Oh hon HAVE FUN!!!! My chapter just got our new house this fall, it is SOOOOOO beautiful! Of course there are downsides to it, like all 27 other Greek orgs. on this campus are begging for tours of it since it's so pretty and new. And we got some crazy rumors during rush started, apparently MTV was filming our house to put on a special edition of Cribs?!?! :confused: It was pretty ridiculous! :) All in all though, it's such a blast, and I am so proud to call this place my home. HAVE FUN!!!!! ;)

i was just wondering what is involve in the process of buying a house? At my undergraduate campus, none of the greek organizations had a house. I was just wondering if it is up to the chapter or the national organziation?

And I know what you mean, I LOVE seeing Greek houses too!
