Guys! Help a confused girl....
 

so this guy that I was kinda dating last year and have been hooking up w/ this year just joined his frat this year and I think is still getting used to the social committments, etc. Anyways-he has always been horrible at calling/communicating, (yeah I know sounds like a winner) but I am getting fed up. I don't just want a booty-call thing-my question is-should I continue to iniate communication with him or just stop completely? I know for me it is more of a turn off if the guy is readily available-would ignoring him entice him to step up or just give him what he wants/? Thanks!

I was in a sorority~but DAed last spring just as he was pledging...I still pretty much party w/ only the greek system~but he is never really adament about me coming to parties~from what my friends have told me at dinner and functions he's not w/ or even really talking to other girls-I can't tell if he's just socially retarded or a complete prick

You know, he may think you want it the way it is... call him up one day and see if he wants to hang or go do something without hooking up. If he's cool with it then maybe you want to pursue it more, if not then he's really jsut interested in the booty, and you should get out.

I say you should move on, he seems like a jerk. If he doesn't value you; I say find a better guy or just stay single until you meet a really great guy.

I think that there's some wisdom to that....

One guy I was dating was super busy and hard to get a hold of....I had to take the lead in the relationship. Once I did, everything worked a little better (although it was not meant to be, it was nice while it lasted.)

Thanks for the advice~I think I am just not going to call/IM and see if he does anything. I hate the fact that in the frat he has so many social opportunities-I don't want him to get with other girls, (even though I dont really think him capable of getting with many) but maybe acting like I dont care about him will make him realize he was a dumbass...we'll see! Thanks so much-I am leaving for winter break and wasnt sure if I should IM him before I left...but I guess I will just leave it be!

Have a good time over break and don't wait for him to call/IM. Be sure to enjoy yourself and not wait around for a reply. You miss valuable time with your friends that way.

I personally would start returning the favor. Just call him when you want some. As far as communicating, I've found that most guys are terrible at it. I think it has something to do with the Y chromosome.

Yeah. That's why go bald more often and have a harder time producing breast milk. But at least I can write my name in the snow.

Most guys can do that. My boyfriend is especially adept at that.
