Good game. Ruined Georgia's chance at the national championship but I knew Miami would probably win. 3rd in the BCS ain't that bad. :D

No one remembers the 3rd place team.

It'll be interesting... Miami has a crappy defense.. Ohio State has a crappy offense.

Of course neither team would have had a prayer going through the Big XII but that's another thread altogether:D

Hello? Oklahoma was the only decent team this year.

Kansas State was excellent.. A single conference loss to Colorado kept it out of contention. They did beat USC.

Texas had a good season until it had to play in the Big XII South

Ok State had its moments (or its moment)

Tech was excellent

Iowa State did beat Iowa:D

Colorado did really well minus a loss to UCLA and two to Oklahoma.

I believe it's 9 of 12 teams (or something like that) bowl eligible this year.

Oklahoma did what SEC teams were not able to do... Beat Alabama.. Even South Florida (which everyone thought was powderpuff) racked up 9 or 10 wins... Tulsa and UTEP.. okay I'll call those JV squads:D

I don't think the Big 12 is going to send anyone to a national championship in a while. Playing through that you're going to be damned lucky and good to be a Conference Champion.

Just look at the South Division.. OU, Ok State, Texas, Texas Tech, Texas A&M (Now with Francione) and our JV team, Baylor :D

Georgia beat Alabama nice try though.

I must say that if my Seminoles can't make it to Tempe then the only other team I will cheer for are the Canes. I came *thisclose* to going to UM, so I have a grudging respect for them.

Either of those two teams I would be very pleased to beat.

The Dawgs deserve to play someone better than FSU. Iowa or USC would be good choices. It would be a shame to play a team that has 4 losses and are only at a good bowl because they won the ACC. Playing NC State would be more respectable because they have a better record and beat FSU. But if Georgia plays FSU I would enjoy watching my team beat up on FSU. Richt can show that he has surpassed his teacher.

Exactly, and not even Oklahoma could get through it. Miami is bar none the best team in the country.

True. FSU beat all three ACC teams NC State lost to, but who beat FSU? So I guess you never can know what would happen. To bad the odds makers side with Georgia winning.:D
