Visit to Akron
 

Hey ladies, I just wanted to let everyone know that I will be in Akron with my family from Dec 22-26th. I'll be at my Grandmothers house. She doesn't have a computer or anything, and I'm not all that familiar with the area. I know it's a long shot with it being the holiday season, but I know several Eta DG's visit this site...if anyone is around and gets board maybe we could plan something...even just lunch or something. If anyone is at the Eta House and able to give my mother and I a tour, we'd love that too!! After all- that's her chapter!! Please let me know if you think anything might be able to be worked out!

Of course you know that I'll be on here! We would LOVE for you and your mother to come visit us! The house will be open over Winter Break so you will be able to have a tour. Please let me know when you are interested in visiting. I won't be there because I'll be at home 20 minutes away, but I would LOVE to come up and meet you both! We could all go out to lunch, dinner, whatever you like. Only 4 or 5 girls will be at the house over break so it'll be quiet. Especially if it is close to Christmas.
Let me know what you want to do....:D

Hey....I told a couple girls about your visit up here and they are really excited and would like to meet both you and your mother also. If you could let us know when you would like to come over, we could work our schedules around it so we all can get together. Good deal!!

Hey! Sorry it took me so long to get back to you. Things have been so busy with exams. We will be in Ohio from the 22nd until the 26th. Maybe we (or/and your other sisters) could get together for lunch or dinner on the 23rd. I don't want to mess anyone's holiday plans up on Christmas eve or anything. You guys know the town better than I do, so anything would be fine with us. My mom has been having bad days with her cancer the past few weeks so, but she sounded excited about visiting with some Eta DG's...we'll just have to see once we get there if she is well enough to venture out...if not, I'm still interested...it gets pretty dull up there when you have no friends around and don't know the town well. Thanks so much! I'm so excited!

The 23rd would be wonderful! I will email some of the girls and let them know. I was thinking maybe a dinner type deal so I can work in the morning and not worry about leaving to go to work later that night. I hope that works for you and your mom...we are so excited to meet you two! We'll talk some details soon!
