I can't sleep. I'm tired but can't seem to doze off. What do you do when you cannot get to sleep?

Try writing a philosophy final

i make up little stories. i usually fall asleep and dream about them all night.

Masturbate.

No joke.

Drink.

I drink tea. I've heard drinking warm milk works but I haven't tried it.

I read, study, go to class, take tests, listen to relaxing music, warm milk has helped me get to sleep.

I make up stories too... I just sit around and think about what I will do with my life, and make plans for the weekend, etc...

Then I fall asleep from thinking so hard.

Oh, and I do like aromatherapy before bed too! The Bath and Body Works that you spray on your pillow actually works!!
