On January 18th I am going to help with our very first workshop! The workshop will consist of alumnae members getting together with active members to come up with new ideas for all areas of the sorority.

Right now I am in the process of making up a book which will consist of input from alumnae members regarding chairs that they have held in the past.

Can anyone give me any ideas to make this event go over more smoothly?

Maybe make up a form for them to fill out? That way you'd get sort of the same areas of info from everyone.
