It's late. It's winter. It's cold. You're bored. You're with your significant other. You decide to play thruth or dare.

What questions would you ask?

I would not play that game with my ex cuz she is a lying WHORE.

I'm trying to come up with some good ones, and I'm having a hard time -- because I can think of some questions that might be interesting, but that also might potentially cause problems or arguments. It could be a great chance to get to know someone better, but eek, it could get ugly, I would imagine.

I have a procedural question about truth or dare too -- it's been a really long time since I've played. When asked "Truth or dare?" do you pick one and then you're stuck with it, or do you get to hear the truth and the dare (or one or the other) and then decide? I totally am drawing a blank...

It's cold and finals are wearing me down, right about now I'd dare my bf ...

to take me out to a really nice, romantic dinner.

I would stay away from questions that relate to past relationships unless you can truly handle the truth.

Personally, I usually go for the Dare. Most of my friends know every bit of dirt on me and they usually can't think of a question if I ask for Truth.

I've been with my hubby for going on 12 years. If there is something I don't know about him, chances are that it's not something I would *want* to know!

Back in "The Good Old Days" We played a LOT of T or D. It was a way for the guy to make the girl feel.....................comfortable and trusting, like, "Hey Babe-nobody knows me like you do!":rolleyes:

SOME girls fell for it every time! It was an easy way for guys to find out if you were a virgin and how far you would PROBABLY go.
In fact I don't recall anyone ever taking the dare. Still, it was a lot of fun and we all LOVED that game!

Hmmmm if I could ask one question, it would be the one I've OFTEN asked and never got a straight answer to.
"When was THE best sex we ever had?" His answer never changed....."Tonight!";)

Yeah... that game could get ugly between a couple.

And, yes, I think if you don't like the truth or dare you are given, you can opt for the other.

I would pick Truth.
