Alcohol Policies
 

I am in need of alcohol policies from different IFC/PHCs from anywhere around the country. We are trying to set one in place here at Akron that people are actually going to agree with so if you have yours to share with me on a website or anything, PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE help me out! I would greatly appreciate it!

Make sure you look into your school's alcohol policy as well. On my campus, our nationa policy probably wouldn't even apply. Campus policy states that any university recognized club must fallow the campus policy, it doesn't matter if the event is on or off campus. That really sucks because the campus policy is VERY restrictive!

Currently, we are reviewing the policy and will be meeting with administration to try to make some changes to it. Wish us luck!

Obi aka No Shame

Currently our campus is dry. No organizational event is supposed to have alcohol. We follow it pretty well, not sure about everyone else.

Well... unfortunately some of us here have to follow our IHQ or in the case of Sororities, Pan-Hel(l).....

I say unfortunately because it is killing Greek life here at UofT. When we have follow the guidelines laid out in the US, why campus orgs. and residfences we look pretty lame. For example, one college residence has 1 open Keg party a month, paid for by thier residence fees.
