Somebody set fire to the Phi Kappa Psi float at Nebraska
 

Thats just sad. I would be pissed after all that work somebody would set it on fire.

If I remember correctly, a sign was put up in place of the float:

Weeks to Build
Seconds to Burn
A lifetime as a Husker

Wow, that is really sad. I hope fellow greeks were not the cause of the blaze. And I commend the gentlemen of Phi Kappa Psi for keeping a "cool" head.

Just a note about this since it is just down the street from my house...

People are really surprised that the investigation decided arson was the cause.

The float was not good...even Phi Psi's and my cousin who is in Kappa Sig told me that it was the float that should have been burnt down.

They used toilet paper they stole from the dorms to pomp it and then sprap painted in the details...rather than use actual colored tissue paper.
