LXA and WWII

I'm a brother at High Point Univ (Iota Phi Zeta). I am a long time living historian I have been a Civil War reenactor for 11 years and just recently have been doing WWII reenactments for a year now. My question is...does anyone have any information pertaining to LX's in WWII. I asked international's and they sent me some stuff, but really not much to be helpful. I am right now portaying just your average infantryman in the 29th Infantry Division, if there are any history majors out there you guys know this was one of the lead units at Normandy. Does anyone have ANY info on LX's in WWII anything would be helpful, perhaps an alumni's email address that served. I want to improve my impression as a LX in the service in 1941-45. Thanks!

Well the most recent Cross and Cressent just had an article about Lambda Chi's in the sevice. I might be able to get you the name of a WWII vet at UF, but I doubt it as most of the alumni of that time period no longer come around the house.

Hey... there were LCA that served in the war prior to when the Americans got involved. Remember those of us in the Canadian chapters were at war in 1939......

Sorry didn't mean to leave out our Canadian brothers. I am just researching the American GI because that's the impression I do.
