Just as a thought when viewing people for GLO: Think of picking a family member your house, would this person understand and appreiate the companionship and family that they would gain. The miliatry has the same thing it call "espree de corpe"with this kind of mindset the feeling of belonging to the house and being a part of the orgainization would hopefully come through.
