I'm stuck at work!
 

Yikes...

I reached in my backpack after lunch today, only to discover....

I left both my wallet and my bus pass in my purse at home! I'm stuck at work!!

I got a ride in this morning from my boyfriend, who works an hour and a half away (boo :(), all my co-workers are in a meeting which lasts until 5:00 (I'm done with work at 3:45), and my best friend is in FLORIDA of all places!!!

*sigh* these area the times I miss college, and having all my sisters to call on.

Somebody help me figure out a way to get home????

Can you a) take a taxi and have the cabbie wait outside your place while you run in and get your wallet or b) sweet talk the bus driver into letting you on for free, just this once (generally works only if it's the same driver who sees you every day).

My boyfriends' mom saved the day :)


She braved driving into the city to come get me, what a sweetheart!!
