November 5 - ELECTION DAY
 

Greetings Sorors,

I would like to encourage and remind all of my beautiful sorors that tomorrow is Election Day. Please remember to VOTE tomorrow and encourage your families and friends to VOTE. Every VOTE counts and will decide the fate of not only this nation but also your cities, counties, and states.

I get so bothered when I hear someone say that they do not need to VOTE or it doesn't matter. It does matter because of the many men, women, and children who fought and died for our right to VOTE. I'm still an idealist and I believe that our VOTE is our voice and we still can change the world.

Soror, I will be voting early in the morning. I must voice my opinion.

I won't be voting, but it's because I haven't lived in the US for almost two years. :D

Voting is a privilege in the US, and it always pains me when I hear people say that their vote doesn't matter. One only need remember the events in Florida a couple of years ago to see just how much it does matter. When you consider that people have died fighting for the right to vote, it should be of utmost importance for every person of legal voting age.
