Switching Positions (it's not what you think)

How do I express at my new job that I don't appreciate being swapped from one job position to another (three times since last august) without being confrontational? What pisses me off more, is that I am never told until after the fact.

You gotta say..."Hey! Stop moving me guys!"

I know it sounds hard...but really, it isn't.

Why are they moving you? My old company only moved people around when the budget had been slashed from one department and they were finding people new homes instead of tossing them on the street ( a courtesy they didn't extend to me... but anyway.)

If it's something else, just speak up. I know sometimes I've been put in bad shifts and moved around simply because I didn't speak up and they didn't think I minded. Once I complained (respectfully and making whatever arguments you can for your value in various positions) things changed pretty quickly.

Clueless, perhaps my competence is being questioned for some reason. Because the first duty I took on, my director told me that she was very impressed how I did. It was a pretty simple task that I did. I don't think I am being trusted to do certain things, and the very things that I'm not trusted to do is what I feel more competent and confident in. Umm...yeah, how would they really know how I will perform in something if they never witnessed me do it.
