Prayer Request
 

Sorors I am writing to request that everyone who believes in the power of prayer please pray for my son and my family. My son is 18 years old and has decided he no longer wishes to live at home with me cause I treat him like a baby (his words). He has been running around with the wrong crowd and getting involve with drinking alcohol and drugs. He left before and I went and got him and brought him home. This time it is very difficult for me cause I have promised myself I wasn't gonna do it this time. But it's hard to just let go, so I have put in it God's hands and altough I know he will work it out I am still worried about my son. This is his last year of school, he's being looked at for scholarships and he's throwing it all away. I don't know anything else to do but pray so I am asking if you believe in the power of prayer please lift up my family in prayer. Thanks!

From your post I'm sure that you are a great mother so I will only telll you this and I know that it should be enough

"train up a child in the way he should go and when he is old he will depart not from it"

I hope that was right..I hate qouting bible verses because you really want to get them exact..but anyhow, he will return to the right path. The Lord gaurantees that he is just taking a detour right now
