"new tool" toolbar?
 

okay, recently i've noticed every time i open internet explorer there is a new toolbar i always go and turn it off but it just comes back next time..

is this happening to anyone else? how do i make it go away permenantly?

Is it the "Comet toolbar?" I always close this tool bar and it always appears every time I open IE. I've tried different things, but nothing works. :(
