Would you do it?
 

With all of this reality tv craze, I've been seeing a lot of Greeks and young people period participating in these shows.

First of all, would you be in one?
If yes, which show?
Would you wear your letters and/or mention your affliation?
If no, why not?

No. Out of professional courtesy for others, and to my own code.

Would I be in one -- Maybe.

Which ones -- Real World/Road Rules, MTV's Becoming (I want to become Britney), maybe Blind Date (just for fun)... Definitely not Fear Factor (gross), The Bachelor (whoa, seems pretty desperate).

Would I wear my letters or reveal my affiliation -- Maybe because I think I'm a pretty darn good representation of my GLO, if I do say so! But, then again, maybe not because I don't even reveal my GLO on here (only to privileged individuals)! ;)

I would do the date ones . .. but only if I were the guy being vied for . . . and the real world ones . . .



But I know myself, I would be shameless, fun and deliberately provocative.

I would cheerfully do stuff in my letters . . . lol.

I could do Fear Factor, seriously, nothing grosses me out at all. I could eat anything and it wouldn't bother me. I also think I could do Jepoardy because I always win when I watch it at home.

i would do real world (big shocker there)

as far as wearing letters/revealing my affiiation, i don't know..probably, yeah so i can be a bitch sometimes, but i have never done anything all that scandalous that would tarnish the good image of chi omegas everywhere :)

I would do Big Brother. I wouldn't wear my letters, too much revealing info could be seen and I don't want my org to suffer due to a mistake of mine!

Seriously - nope, couldn't do reality TV.

No reality TV for me! Those shows drive me whacko...... Wearing the letters? Nah.....because everyone on Greek Chat would talk about me. :)

I would LOVE LOVE LOVE to do Big Brother, but I don't think I'd wear letters. Who wants to see a 28 year old in sorority letters on TV :)

Seriously? I'd do ANY reality TV show. I'm with sororitygirl, i happen to think i'm a darn good representation of my fraternity, and i'd wear my letters ALL the time. (I do anyways)

Would I mention my affiliation ~ YES! Why? Because (not to be cocky) I have good morals and think things through pretty fast so I don't forsee myself doing something I'd regret on National television.
But with that being the case, I doubt I'd get asked to be on Real World cuz I'm not too dramatic enough ha ha ha!

My girlfriend and I sent in our applications and video for Amazing Race and we decided if they picked us (which they sadly did not! hmph...the noive!) we WOULD indeed wear our letters -- she is an almost 40-year old Alpha Chi Omega and I am an almost 50-year old Gamma Phi Beta...On the previous Amazing Race, the brother and sister team from Texas , the girl wore her Kappa tee shirt every now and then...and in previous Survivors, two girls had in their resumes (posted on the survivor website) their sorority affiliations -- one was an AChiO and the other was an AGD -- I think her name was Amber or something...Anyways, my friend and I may put our applications in again for the next Amazing Race but in the meantime I am contemplating sending in my application for Big Brother....I would fill the old conservative mother figure square! And yes I would wear my letters --- I may be old but I am still proud to beGFB!
