PUSH America for New Chapters

Hey Guys and Girls for that matter,
I'm from the Associate Chapter at Middle Tennessee. We are working on getting chartered so we need money for PUSH. So, I'm looking for ideas to raise money for PUSH. Any suggestions from some PiKapps (or other greeks with ideas) have would be awesome!!

All kinds of stuff

Auction off the brothers of r a few hours of servitude. Quater races with sororities. A fancy dinner that is kinda expensive, but a good way to get parents involved. Talk to Greg Sieman at the National HQ or anyone for that matter, they have all kinds of great ideas.

Couch-A-thon

I know that the Eta Omega chapter does a Couch-A-thon every year. Basically for a week straight they have 2 people sitting on their couch (that they place in the middle of the campus) at all times. They get a lot of donations and publicity. They've even got the mayor to sit on the couch with them....

PUSH Ideas

Just a few ideas from the Brothers of Delta Beta at North Georgia...Scaffold sit in the middle of campus, road blocks where you stand at an intersection and beg for $$$, donut sales, but the best one was a golf tourney. It is easy and fairly cheap to start since you get most of the prizes and merchandise donated, plus you can get the lunch for free if you hit the right store. We have had three, and all were a big success.
I have family in the MTSU area and would be glad to help out if you need. Please email me and I can get you some specifics.

Good luck,

A couple of things that have been successful for our chapter have been guy-girl auctions and benefit concerts. The auctions are relatively easy but the concert was a LOT of work. Both were probably equally successful.
