No.

Acutally, two do. Behrend has three NPC sororities and some IFC fraternities. Harrisburg has NPHC organizations.

Behrend and Harrisburg were not listed in the article.

Beaver, DuBois, Fayette, Greater Allegheny, Hazleton, Mont Alto, New Kensington, Schuylkill, Scranton, Shenango, Wilkes-Barre, and York are on the chopping block and last I checked, none have Greek life on campus.

Penn State Hazleton had a chapter of Alpha Phi Omega in the late 70s/early 80s, which I think said more about how desperate we were at that point than anything about the school...

Penn College or Penn Tech in Williamsport has chapters of Phi Mu Delta and Sigma Pi.
No Sororities.

Seems like a good fit for Tri Sigma, AST or Theta Phi Alpha
4200 FTE
63.47% Males
35.74% Females

Theta Phi Alpha tried to colonize in 2020 but a colony was never formed. Maybe due to Covid.

Hell no

ASA also tried a colony there and it didn't work out. It's a suitcase school, among other things.

But Behrend and Harrisburg ARE branch campi and that's what Dee asked. Her inquiry was not restricted to those branches they are thinking of closing.

Penn State Altoona also has fraternities that are not recognized.
