I had no idea that one of the AKA founders called St. Louis home! This looks like it will be a great project and a boost to the neighborhood!

Oh wow, what an amazing project. How fantastic that AKA was able to convince the developers and land owners to come on board with their vision for the project and that the developers and owners released the land.
