Hello my name is Shelli I am on an advisory board for local sorority and fraternity
Organizations. I would love to communicate with anyone who is knowledgeable with negotiating with Universities who want all locals to go national.

Welcome to GC! You might not find a lot of advice for your situation here. The majority of sorority & fraternity members here are members of national/ international GLOs. Not everybody, but most.

I worked at a university at which all locals were made to go national, for liability reasons. It ended up being the best thing that ever happened to them.
