Zeta Phi Beta bans transgender membership

Would this potentially zee Zeta Phi Beta running afoul of inclusiveness requirements contained in student codes of conduct at various institutions?

Would CIS women who were initiated and later became men be automatically forced to resign?

They require that in order to receive an invitation AND hold membership, the person must be a cisgender woman.

Except their definition of female is CIS gender and not trans. So if they don't recognize a trans woman as female, then I think it's arguable that their policy would inadvertently mean someone born as female is always female.
