Hi! Am I too old?
 

Hello

I had to take a break from school for medical reasons and now I’ll be transferring to an university at the age of 28, as a junior. I really wanted to join a sorority as a freshmen but the sorority’s chapter at my school was suspended. I feel like my medical struggles have robbed a lot of things from me in life and I can no longer let that continue to happen. I’m wanting to join a sorority. Do you think I’m too old to do so?

I remember an older friend pledging a fraternity, and he ended up not being able to join because he was not matriculating. I don't fully get it. But there are likely other options for you if a college sorority doesn't work out.
