Hi there!!
I just wanted to let you know that I met a Zeta yesterday at work. We are hiring for an administrative assistant trainee and this lady came in to fill out an application. She looked so familiar to me, but i couldnt figure out from where. When she finished her application and she handed it to me, i told her that I felt as if I knew her from somewhere. She was very sweet and said she lived in the area and maybe i had just seen her around. I glanced at her resume to see where she had previously worked, but she had more volunteer things on there than anything else. I saw she was some kind of chair for Zeta Tau Alpha Alumnae in the Houston area and that she went to OSU where she was obviously a ZTA. I think she went to school in the 60's- so maybe i have seen her at church, since i saw she volunteered there for a while. Anyway- just wanted to share the story! :) |
LovelyKD,
Where is your cousin a new ZTA at? It's so great to hear that other chapters are doing well! |
We took 13 new girls this semester!!!!
|
My cousin is a Zeta Tau Alpha at Cal State Fullerton. I am so happy for her. She has found a great sisterhood in her chapter.

College of Charleston took 46 new members (quota), and it looks like we're going to initiate 45! Our house total is at 135, which is way above the school's Panhellenic totall of 117.
Another funny story - my older sister, who was in a local sorority, is an apt complex manager. She was hiring a UT-Austin student to work part time in the office. One girl had ZTA on her application, and my sister decided to invite her to interview based solely on that - and the girl got the job! Talk about that Zeta networking! :D |
