It's official, your's truely will be appearing on " The 5th wheel ". I will be the stud, aka 5th wheel, who comes in and train wrecks the game of the loosers who appear before me. My episode will air in 8 weeks.

Hopefully I'll get a chance to lay the game down on Aisha Tyler as well..........:D


I've bulked up my weight from 190 to 227lbs in 38 days. I've been working out 5 days a week for 4 hours a day. Somehow i knew that would help me.


Last spring one of my frat brothers was on 5th wheel. He made a total ass out of himself. I guess the pride of Pi Kappa Alpha will be better represented in someone such as myself....

On the Fifth Wheel everyone seems to hookup regardless of whether they're interested in each other.

On Blind Date they always pair up major losers to see how they interact. The girl will be a dog groomer who never graduated high school and the guy hasn't had a date in 4 years...let's see what happens.

Now Shipmates is a sweet show. There are some nasty fights on this and I think they specifically find people with emotional problems to throw together. The guy always gets ass from some drunk girl dancing in the club and the girl always has a headache.

I read this thread 5 minutes ago and I can't stop singing, One, Two, Three, Four ELIM-A-Date.


Sorry but I have not seen the 5th wheel. All those multiple dating shows make me very uncomfortable.

I love all those shows yall mentioned. My least favorite is Shipmates because if they don't hit it off at first then the rest of the show can be a bore!
I love Blind Date and Fifth Wheel followed by Elimidate.

Did yall see the Elimidate where those Southern Girls and the one from Saint Louis were all just terrible on the date!?!?! Like the St. Louis chick stepped on the fat blonde's rose and smooshed it into the dance floor. Then the short brunette stuck her rose into the other girl's drink...and later it looked like she spilled the other's girl drink on her for no reason. And the blonde was just a loud mouthed hoochie. Yet she won! And rightfully so~ at least she didn't have to be mean to the other girls...other than a few name calling!

Crazy stuff I tell ya!

As for Creatine, I've been taking 4 times the regular amount. It's like juicing, but legal. The down side to it is the fact that it makes you sit on the toliet a lot.

I've also been eating like a bum who hasen't seen food for weeks. I go to the grocery store three times a week now. My diet includes MANY apples to cut my body up. I've also been eating TONS of starches. Along with eating T-bone steaks 4 times a week and shit loads of hamburger helper ( Things high in saturated fat ) I've also been eating loads of fish and Italian foods.


Something I also found out, if you take Vitamin B-12 injections the side effects of it are extremely clear skin. This helps you when you tend to break out after taking too much "Creatine". :D

*Note*---Don't assume stupid things when I said I've had vitamin B-12 injections. My doctor back home prescribed it for me upon my request.

Jezz that's insane, you keep taking that much and your body will stop producing creatine.

Why the saturated fats, wouldn't it be better to eat foods high in monounsaturated and polyunsaturated fats, like nuts?

I wasn't being anal. There's a big difference between 4 weeks and 5 + 1 day, in my plan that it is.



People often assume that when you're taking B-12 injections you are obviously juicing. Juicing makes your body break out sometimes if you're not careful. Creatine does the same thing if you're using too much. You have to have something to counter the break out. B-12 injections are mainly given to animals, through a vet. However MD's can prescribe it for you. MD's normally give the injections of B-12 to people with Sickle cell anemia and blood disorders of the like. It helps maintain healthy red blood cells. As with anything in excess there are side effects. I chose B-12 because the only side effects are healthy and clear skin.

Why the saturated fats?

Because that is what gives you the most bulk the quickest.

Nuts? I can't stand nuts unless they're boiled peanuts. Almonds are only acceptable if they're in chocolate, hence Hershey kisses.


As for too much Creatine......I think I'll be alright.

ahhh i think you've mistaken me for someone else, i'm just some guy....i could be wrong but i always thought your body metabolizes carbs faster than fat, and hence makes it a better source of fuel.

also, here's a quote i took from the Men's Health Hard Body Plan..."saturated fats in animal products contain high amounts of cholesterol and can cause plaque buidup in your arteries. Eat saturated fats sparingly, and opt instead for unsaturated fats from plant foods such as olive oil and peanut butter."

Now, i'm not saying you're wrong and this diet may not work for you or someone else, however with a lot of lifting programs temporary gains may be just that.
