Jesus Christ. What a horrible horrible way to go. My thoughts go out to her family, sorority, friends, and the first responders who were on scene for this.

Have any of the local media said whether it was a bus specifically rented out by the ZTA Chapter there?

That is such a tragic way to lose your life. My heart goes out to her family and her chapter.

I just read that Kappa Sigma at UNCC was just suspended, but I’m not sure if it’s by their Hdqtrs., the school or both. They were the organization in whose name the party bus was rented. There are unanswered questions regarding alcohol usage by minors on the bus, exactly where the bus had been and was headed and other risk mgt. issues.
Now I’m wondering if this is just the beginning of a huge risk management fiasco...
