I peeped through their website and and thought it gave me a good sense of their orgs purpose. (service, volunteerism, etc.). i wish them nothing but the best. :)
The fact that both men and women are members of the same org, isn't new, although the term "Frasority" is. Someone please correct me, but isn't Alpha Phi Omega, now open to women as well? |

Yes, again, my mom is an Epsilon Beta Gamma (local) alum, they referred to their organization as a "frasority". :) |
"sorofrat"
At UCLA there is a "sorofrat" called Alpha Gamma Epsilon (AGE) that was founded by male and female students of non-traditional age (I'm not kidding!). I never understood how co-ed organizations work, but, hey...if these students feel supported and it helps them persist with their education, more power to them!

Well, all I can say is, "Good Luck". They seem to have something positive going on.
To answer Honeykiss1974's question, yes, Alpha Phi Omega is coeducational. It has been that way since 1976. |
