THIS MOVIE SUCKED!! There were a few things that really stuck out though...

1. Was it supposed to be a comedy? Because most people were LOL throughout the entire thing.

2. The lead chick had this one suit on with this BIG ARSE red flower on it. WHY??

3. When she first goes into the club, there is this HILARIOUS song playing that goes "the world is corrrrrupt" with the r's having this HEAVY trill...oh, it was the funniest thing ever!

4. I NEVER talk during movies as a rule, but EVERYONE used this movie as an excuse to get their comedic commentary on...LOL! Some people are creative!

Would I recommend it? Hmmm..try a hearty HAYLE to the naw!

i was going to see it this weekend in Charlotte because it wsa excludively released back in August to Charlotte and ATL but it is gone now.

If one REALLY wants to see fine men just wait til Taye Diggs' movie comes out! Don't go this route, lol!

Wait! Michael was looking HOT in this movie!

But for those of you who are going to see it for Tyson, DON'T! But they do show his booty though, lol. :p

So this movie is playing in the theaters...:p I thought that it would be on BET or something (since that's where I saw it advertised..I haven't seen it advertised any where else). I would really like to go see it. So you all think it wasn't all that! What is the girl's purpose in the movie?

I'll go just to see his booty:D

Ah, so the audience gave it the Mystery Science Theater 3000 treatment. Would it qualify for an entry in the Mystery Ghetto Theater 3000 thread?

I would ask if you remember any of the audience's comments, but I am afraid it would constitute a spoiler.

Which one? There were 2 main leads.

NoN...go for the booty...but I warn you, if you are going JUST to see Tyson, you will be disappointed!

Monica Debois role is the one I was referring too; however, I have looked on Pandora's Box website (:eek: :eek: ) and I have a better understanding.

All right, folx, here is my lowdown on Trois 2: Pandora's Box

I can best sum it up like this: The opening scene during the credits was GREAT: erotic, suspenseful, horrifying, leaving you at the edge of your seat type of thang. Now if only the rest of the movie was that good....

The plot in and of itself was great, albeit somewhat typical, but how Rob and Bill approached it was truly original--when I finally put 2 and 2 together at the end, I shouted out loud, "OHHHH, SHOOOOT!!"

The acting was okay. Nuff said.

The eroticism was once again disappointing. But maybe my expectations were a little too high. I guess maybe I am expectiing some Wild Orchid/Boca/Red Shoe Diaries type of scenes. You know, the type of scenes that when it's over, you wind up saying, "SMOKIN'!", and you literally are, and.....:o , but I digress.

I wanted some stuff that would make Zalmon King take notes from these young brothers, but it appears that it's going to have to be the other way around. Heck, it might compensate somewhat from the sometimes wooden acting these stars portray.

Again, the potential for these two (Rob and Bill) are there. I know where Rob is coming from when he says he wants to portray more Blacks in adult thrillers and in the same caliber as other ethnicities in the genre, and I got his back 100%, but he needs to be a little more bold in the erotic department. If he can do that, he might just hit the jackpot--in this flick he hit two "bars" and a lemon.

Overall, not a bad movie, just a disappointing one.

I watched it last night and this man was INDEED looking hot in this movie. It's funny how I never found him sexy before.:confused:

To me it wasn't as bad as Have Plenty and that was pretty bad. I went in knowing that it wasn't an A movie so I enjoyed it for what it was.

OMG!!! Can you say low budget and a hot mess.....I usually support "indie" type films but this was the worst....in the first few scenes you could see the person who was filming the overhead shots...I saw it for free and I'm glad...it was pretty bad!!!!

My sister rented this film during the X-mas break. I thought the opening scene was done well. The characters seemed a little flaky to me. What tripped me out was the relationship between the two female leads. What psychologist do you know gets that close to a patient? Also, that outfit with the big red flower bothered the mess out of me. I think that on a scale of 1 to 5, I would give it a 2.5.

I LOVED THE MOVIE. I Watched the movie with Constance and we were on the edge of our seats. I say it was off the hook. It kept you wondering what would happen next. Of course, I'm looking at it much like the female lead and wondering what kind of clinical training is this but all in all I have been recommending it to all.

The movie reminded me of TOIS! I didn't care for that movie either so I can understand if Pandora's Box gets bad reviews.
