Did anyone here about the female California teacher that was convicted of rape and kidnapping of a 15 year old student.

God there are some sickos out there.

"I was acting like a 15 year old girlfriend, not an adult" THAT'S HER EXCUSE? What bull! I don't know of too many 15 year old girlfriends that seduce their boyfriends and kidnap them for sex.

Okay...I feel kinda sorry for her from the picture. It is hard for me to see people cry and not feel sorry for them.

Also, did she kidnap the kid unwillingly? Or are they just using that phrase to put that kind of spin on the story?

It could be like that one teacher that had sex with her student consentually.

Also, she had been suffering from some mental problems due to her separation. Not like she was some lusty old lady, lol.

Not saying what she did was right AT ALL, but I am just a sucker for the tears.

The whole situation is just sad. I'm sure it's not like he was unwilling.... but....What thrill does a 33-year old woman get, emotionally and (especially) physically, from a 15 year old boy?

hmmm . .. 4 days in a hotel room with a man almost at the height of his sexual days . . . the poor lad is almost dying of testosterone poisoning at that age.

Also, he has very little refractory period at that age. Meaning he's like the frigging energizer bunny, he just keeps on .. . doing his thing .

So to answer your questions Moxiegrrl, she got whatever she wanted from him physically . . . often . . . for four days :p LOL.

You know, she looked pretty ok from what little you could see of the pic . . he is going to be a hero in his age group if she is a looker.

A 33 year old woman would ahve a lot of trouble "kidnapping" a 15 year old boy short of using a gun and restraints.

But talking a 15 year old boy into days of sex . . . was pretty probably pretty easy.

Keep in mind the double standard: If that had been a man with a younger girl they would have thrown the key away.!
