What do you like most about your chapter?

Compared to the rest of the chapters in your GLO.

*We ALL are HOT! :D

PandaOnProzac 09-16-2002 05:49 PM

We're the most diverse chapter in the west coast.

Roseblum15 09-16-2002 09:48 PM

We are have the most athletic players in our sorority.

gphiangel624 09-16-2002 09:52 PM

Compared to other sororities on my campus, we don't have a problem with having friends in other chapters. Just look at how many of my sisters live with girls in other chapters and have best friends in other chapters...

No, I'm not talking about other fraternities/sororities, I'm talking about chapters WITHIN your fraternity/sorority.

I love our determination. You can find my chapter's story in the "Rho Chi/Gamma Duties-- Venting" thread in the Rush forum if you feel the need to read it. Short version is that we went from 4 to 17 in one year and are starting out this year with 14 on campus and 1 off. Last year was do or die and HQ was going to close us unless we got our numbers up significantly. Well, more than quadrupling is significant, don't you think? I'm super-proud of each and every woman who took a chance and dedicated herself to reviving what used to be the most popular and talked-about chapter on campus. We're getting back there.

i absolutely love the fact that everyone knows my chapter as the "nice girls" we aren't the whores, the sluts, the bitches, we are the nice girls. we possess this caring nature that i love so much.

I must say our chapter is the most diverse, and the most "sisterly" We really care about each other and support each other more than other chapters. We don't have cliques within our selves really.

you go kkc......... i love my sistas, each and every one of them for wanting to leave our chapter even better than we came to it..... for wanting to make a difference, help us grow, keep being strong, being TRUE TO ADPI, and never wavering.... love my sistas....

I find the KAT girls on my campus to be very respectable.

we are diverse in ethnicities and personalities/background and somehow find a common ground. most of came from schools where all of the girls we knew created drama so now we are in a group and manage to all work together well. and we are athletes and we are REAL!

and side note... we had our first recruitment event today... 37 girls!!!!!! YEE HAW I love my sorority!

I love how my chapter is so incredibly involved on campus. I think at one point about half of my chapter held an office in at least one other campus organization in addition to every sister in the chapter holding an AGD office (we were small so everyone had to be an officer). Everyone is also voluntarily in at least one campus organization besides AGD (I've heard of some sororities or fraternities requiring their members to take part in campus activities, but for us it wasn't necessary).

My chapter is also #1 on campus for grades, which is exciting for me as Scholarship advisor! :D

KappaTarzan is a Kappa Delta Phi, not a Kappa Alpha Theta.
