Off topic of AGD

Hey all! I have a random question for this board but if you know me that isn't unusual, nor is this question.

[SIZE=3][FONT=courier new][COLOR=firebrick]Would you vote for a female president of the U.S. if this woman had all the qualifications?[SIZE=3][FONT=courier new][COLOR=firebrick]

I am trying to write a paper on this topic and would like to have real answers. If you are uncomfortable saying yeah or nay here then please PM me. I would love to have an explaination as to why you would or wouldn't also.

Thanks and Loyally,
Arin

P.S. If you are not an AGD, please let me know. I am hoping to get everyones opinion on this but for stats I need to know GLO's.

I would definately vote a female for presdient if she was qualified, just as I would vote for a male one or someone of a different race. As long as she seems competent to get the job done, comes off as a person who knows she has made mistakes and lets people know she's only human, and has concerns, values and goals along the same lines as I do (can be like 40% cuz people will never have the same exact issues of interest), then she has got my vote.
A lot of people think that women might be too emotional to hold the position. That may be possible, but I think it might come in handy. I think sometimes our government officials just jump the gun without necessarly thinking things through fully or seeing other options. Not saying that a woman wouldnt do that, but if we are "emotional" then we might think things out more.
In relating it to AGD, I think our sorority and Purpose overall would say vote for her, because our Purpose says for us as women to go out and attain what we want and to be successful in it. You can do anything. Just my 0.02 cents though :)
