New Fall Season: Bernie, Ceddy Ced, 1on1, G-friends etc. etc.
 

Most shows will begin their new season next week. Bernie and Ceddy begin next week. The UPN lineup begins on the 23rd with Eve doing a "concert" of sorts.

What are you looking forward to watching?

oh im staying loyal to B-Mac ill give Ced a try and that show with bill bellame "fastlane" looks decent kinda like a knock off of fast and furious

Bernie Mac, Ceddy Ced (why come we all call him that like we KNOW him? :)), One on One...

I hate the fact that the Bernie Mac show and My Wife and Kids have the same time slot this fall. There are already not enough shows on television w/ people of color and now the shows will be competiting. The show w/ the lowest ratings will be cancelled and they'll be one less show with an ethnic presence on television.

On another note UPN looks like they'll have a strong fall line up and I'm interested in seeing Ced's show.

I'm looking forward to them but I'm sure with all the night classes this semester I'll view them via videotape!

Looks like we're both in the same boat. My classes end around 8:50 most nights, except for Wed, when I get out at 7:20. Maybe I can catch the Wednesday shows firsthand without having to videotape them.

Fall TV
 

I'm mad too that "My Wife and Kids" will be competing with "The Bernie Mac Show". My hubby and I have decided that we will watch one show one week and tape the other and then switch every week. This week, we will tape "My Wife and Kids" and watch Bernie Mac. We are not that crazy about UPN, but we will watch "The Parkers" to see what will happen now that Nicki and the Professor did the do. Our other favorite shows, "Boston Public" and "The Simpsons" will not have their season premeires until October and November, respectively.

I was so looking forward to watching UPN...I made sure that I was back home in time to watch everything to find out that the town I just moved to does not carry UPN or the WB!! I was so hurt, I really wanted to see "Girlfriends". I kept channel surfing and rerunning my auto channel set on my tv in denial that Fort Wayne is so small that it does not carry these two stations. (just when I was starting to like this town!) :)


All is not lost, I do get NBC. Come Thursday night I'm posted in front of the TV watching my favorite network show, ER
