I don't want to go to class, but it's one day a week. However, my chapter is having a very important Rush meeting... I won't be going to that. Our school is having a memorial service thing earlier in the day. It'll be quite interesting, being that Dearborn is the #1 most populated Arabic city in the country. People have already gotten arrested for being suspected of Al Qaeda activity... and they don't live far from campus!

As I posted in another thread, I have to work tomorrow from 1 to 9. I suspect though that if something DID happen they'd close the malls.
Last year when everything happened I was watching it as I got ready for school. Needless to say I didn't go that day.... Hootie |
I'll be going to my one class tomorrow... American Foreign Policy, how fitting. I'll be dressed in badge attire with my badge and a red white and blue ribbon on to remember the passing of two Delta Zeta sisters in the attacks and all of the others lost. I'll go to a memorial ceremony thats being organized by the greek community. then i'll go to my dance Marathon meeting at 9pm. I don't know, it just seems like skipping my daily routine and obligations is like letting them win. Yes, what happened one year ago and all of the brave people who lost their lives will be in my thoughts, heart and in my prayers - but I don't feel like I need to relive last year by sitting in front of the TV waiting for another 9/11 to occur.
