Trading Spaces
 

Does any of you have a comment about the DG chapter room remodeling on Trading Spaces (TLC, 8/31)? The AOPi's have been chattering away!

I haven't seen the new one yet, but I'll be looking out for it in reruns. I did like the one they did a few months ago, however, especially the three clocks that said "Study Time, Play Time, and DG Time" with the DG time set five minutes behind. It's funny to know that every chapter runs on DG time :)

Yeah, we all thought the "DG time" thing was hilarious, too... even though our new vp: communications fines people like MAD if they're even a minute late...

... I liked it, personally. I'm hoping one of our girls were taping it because the most recent show was right smack in the middle of the game on Saturday (GO COCKS!) so I was over hangin' out with the Sigma Chis, and figured they PROBABLY wouldn't want me to change the channel to Trading Spaces (just a thought!). But we did all watch it the first time, and got some great ideas for our own redecorating project.

Every SORORITY runs on XYZ (or XY) time.

your chapter room was SOOO cute.. i thought it was kinda wierd to show a chapter room as houses at my school are very secretive about what their rooms look like at all.. i really liked the anchors

so do the rest of teh DG chapters out there have a 'late factor' when trying to tell people what time to be some place? for us, they usually tell us about 15 minutes ahead of the real time and we will all show up within 15 mins after the real time....DG time is definately different from the rest of time! Although, for our first two chapters this year they were both started exactly on time! We were so impressed with ourselves.
