Their graduate advisor is my dear friend. Definitely praying for them.

I hope the perpetrators are expelled from school and prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.

I agree that those responsible need to be held accountable for their actions.

I ordinarily stand up for even a racist's right to be an offensive asshole, but when it's done with nooses, I think that's a threat of racial violence and belongs in a wholly separate category from other racist speech.

Expulsion isn't enough. Criminal charges of some sort are warranted here. Everyone has a right to feel safe on their campus.
