A Rush!
 

Went down for a mentoring session this last weekend!

We challlenged Our Guys to a 30 man Recruitment Class fdor New Asso. Members.

Well after the 2 nd day of school they had 18 and to pin 2 more Sun. with five in the wings!

They were Plannining to surpass the 30 that we shot at them and get 40! Not the Actives, but the Rec. Class! These are some seriious Dudes! Good for them!

We were if you will pardon the expression were in the shiter!

We are now looking up and challenged them to be the # 1 On campuss withing this Sem!

Hell, I think they will do it!

Congratulations! Managing a class that size is going to be a handful. That's the next challenge they'll have to overcome.

If they can get 40 guys to sign then they'll be able to manage them though. I have confidence.

Kevin, what was funny, is taht after the Mentoring Session they asked all of the Exec Comm and Alums down to stay behind for a short!

The Problem was how do they Initiate so many New Guys! Problem is, we are a a small Chapter Status!

Hell What a Problem to have so many Guys to worry about that!:cool:

I know last time I went for a full blown Ritual, I did not sleep for 2 1/2 days, damn near died!;)

Tom - Great to hear rush has gone so well. I know we are in the middle of rush and will be glad when it is done.

How did you keep them motivated?

Also, if you need some help let me know. We will be more than willing to send some guys down from WJC to lend a hand with ritual.

Please stop by the house some time. I know the guys would love to meet you. Our meetings are on Mondays. We have dinner at the house then meeting.

I remember talking to some of the guys in the peice of Crap Cardinal House that should be condemend that WJ Owned!

Well about the Stuff that went on when the SWMU guys came up! I was dumb founded!

But we had the same thing when N U came down to the Pitt!
