Loss of a Gamma Phi Beta...
 

I meet this girl named Pricilla Freedman this fall...she lived down the hall from me in the dorms. She pledged Gamma Phi Beta at SDSU, but in the spring she transfered to UofA. I just got a call from one of her old roommates from the fall...Pricilla comitted suscide in May. We really don't know the details of anything...we all kinda lost contact with her when she moved to Arizona. Its really sad to know someone so young could feel that they have nothing to live for. Anyway, Gamma Phi Beta at SDSU is having a memorial this Saturday for Pricilla.

Thats really bad. A kid I went to high school with committed suicide. As a former victim of severe depression I know it can be difficult to live with at times, but it's sad to hear stories like that. I hope that her friends and family can make sense of this tradgedy, because suicide is such a terrible thing.

Oh my gosh, that is so terrible. I'm really sorry for your loss.
