fall semester
 

hey all! just wanted to wish everyone luck with the fall semester, class starts for us tomorrow (the 26th), hope everyone has fun and stays safe!!

p.s. so when does everyone start their classes, or have you already started?

At butler classes start on Wednesday the 28th. I am enjoying being moved in and not being in class wayyy too much! ;)

Classes started last Monday for me.

Law school = sucky. 14 weeks of class left. Plus two, yes TWO weeks of finals. They're so hellish that they can't have them on consecutive days.

Is it 2005 yet?

I'm taking Tuesday Thursday classes so I don't officially go until Tuesday the 27th (he he he) :p
I'm NOT looking forward to the hassle of University Parking, buying books, nor class...but I'll get by!

We [the University of Hawaii at Manoa] start tomorrow also.

I had a staff meeting this morning and we got briefed on how hellish it's going to be for our office these next two weeks.

thats why you gotta go with the garage pass hootie, it takes the pain out of parking :)

Ah, but my friend when your first class is in Durham and the first few months of Garage parking is still HELL....well I'm better off parking at that church and crossing the street (takes less time).

ive found that the alumni center is a decent place to park if youre in a pinch...

We don't start until the day after Labor Day . . . which is good since I still have so much to do.

My classes don't start for another month, but my boyfriend's classes are starting tomorrow (he goes to UOP).

US too. Funny story...

Our dorms are infested for the second time in 2 years with mold, (last time was at finals, this time at move in. Century Housing Mgmt SUCKS.) so they could only allow the 4th floor kids to move in, everyone else is put up at, get this THE OMNI. How cool is that? Nice ass hotel. Anyway, one of our brothers is a manager there and when they signed the contract, they were talking about what they needed to do to get the hotel ready for 250 freshman. So they agreed to take out the towles, robes, etc. One of the staffers ACTUALLY said, "I think the mini-bars will be ok, I mean they're under 21, so they wont be drinking." WTF? If this guy was anymore outta touch hed be on the moon. My brother prompty added, "If you plan on leaving the minibars in there, youd better just go ahead and order a bunch of new mini bar locks as well. Even tho they are freshman, they drink their asses off. Theres a reason the dorm smells like vomit and its not because the food sucks."

hahahahh.

We started last week... It's going to be an interesting semester I think. I may have taken on too much this semester but we'll see how it goes. I just have to manage time better.

University of Oregon doesn't start until Sept. 30th, so now Im just bored at home while all my other friends have left to go back to school this past week

My orientation is on the 3rd and my classes start on the 4th.

Classes start today :D
