Does anyone know what Phi Mu faterity constitution and bylaws are for article 9 section 2A and 4 is? There is a article 9 but no section 2A and 4

Wouldn't this be a question that you would ask Phi Mu HQ?

Because if I had a question about Kappa Alpha Theta Constitution & By Laws, I would contact my HQ. I wouldn't post it here on the internet in an open forum. ETA: don't mean this in a snotty tone. Tone doesn't come across well in print. OK? OK.
