I can't belive i found this, but this old asylum is next door to my alma matter. Scary that one of the freshman dorms directly see the old "castle." There are rumors that if you walk past the buildings at night, you still hear the old patiens.

Wow -- that's cool. I couldn't get some of the links on that site to work, though. It would be cool if they restored that building and did something with it -- it's creepy, but very pretty.

I wish my school was next to an old asylum. All that we have here is hookers and crackheads. We do have a Stubby Nubby and a Crazy Larry though.

I used to tell incomming freshman that those two towers are where they keep those that has under 2.0 after the first semester. They actually believed me.
