He loves me...He loves me not!
Tell me, do you really think it matters if he says I love you FIRST?
|
Soror,
To me a man has to tell me he loves me first. I know others might be like why? Well for me in the past if I said I love you first I was the first to get hurt. I just don't put my feelings out there any more because I just always end up being the one crushed!! I mean if you love someone and you can't hold it in and you have to tell them then tell them!!!!:D I just can't do it too many bad exdperiences for me!! Just beware of the those men that pretend to be "gentlemen" undeneath all that sweentness and politness and "baby I will never hurt you" Maybe he is a low-down, dirty lying, son of a......... ................a heartbreaker!! Who knows I could be wrong..... follow your heart soror!!! Nah, doesnt matter...

I don't think it matters.
I've been hurt in the past when saying I Love You first, and at one point I only said I Love You because I knew the guy was scheming and that was a way for him to get caught. With the Man that I Love now, I don't remember who said it first. We both Love each other unconditionally and that is all that is important to me. :D |
It doesnt matter..
|
no it does not matter. in matters of the hert, it is not holds barred.
|
For me it's a preference but it should not matter.
|
love you secondly???
I 'd like it better if he told me first. It makes a difference to me. Now believe I told my husband that I love him first (I think:confused:  ) and we're still together 2years.
But it feels better if he tells you first ...................you can't deny it. |
Practically speaking, it doesn't matter as long as both people are sincere when it's said. But my ego (smile) likes it when he says it first so that I don't feel like I'm putting myself out there. I wonder if men feel the same way?!
|
I waited for him to say it first...but thinking back I wished that I had just spoke my heart then instead of saying it after we had broken up...but lucky for us, there was a rainbow at the end of the tunnel...moral of the story is...if it's true then don't be afraid to say it...live life like tomorrow might not come!

Four male co-workers and myself just talked about this on Monday. Realistically, it shouldn't be a problem because if you are two adults, you should be able to handle the relationship if one person confesses their love first. My co-workers all agreed that it's a scary thing when a woman uses the L-word, especially when they aren't feeling the love yet. Why is it that deep? I wish men understood that confessing one's love does not mean they should get ready to walk down the aisle and become a husband. It just means that love is in the air.
I think it doesn't matter if it is a serious relationship for both parties. (I speak from experience.) It does matter if the person is saying it to try to get the other person to the same point. It just ain't gonna happen. |
