Advisor-less?

So I do understand that being an advisor is a volunteer position, but can a sorority be advisor-less? If the main advisors decide to not continute in this position?

If the main advisors decide not to continue, you need to contact your HQ ASAP to help you find a new one. Most if not all campuses require Greek organizations to have an adult advisor as a condition of school recognition.

You should have a regional person over your chapter. That would be you best contact.

Yes...the regional coordinator should be in the loop and will work to get your chapter an advisor, have the volunteer position posted, etc. It might have to be a remote advisor, but your chapter will receive the support it needs and requires.

Update: Just waiting for confirmation, thanks to you all!

It could be that she has to be officially placed by your IHQ. I know that is one of the steps my org does before a new volunteer starts.
