FSU Spring Recruitment 2017
 

As a freshman at FSU I participated in the highly competitive formal recruitment, but I ended up dropping. I know many wonderful girls in the Greek system and I would like to be among them. I am considering rushing in FSU's Winterfest, but I am concerned that not many girls get bids and that not all of the sororities participate. Should I just wait until fall?

Do it! You won't know if you don't participate.

All chapters will not be able to participate, but why not Give it a try. You might find the more relaxed schedule conducive to finding the right sisterhood. If you aren't blown away after getting together with the eligible sororities, you still have the option of rushing in the fall. Don't just go to the Winterfest event and decide you don't want to go to any of the individual events because the sororities participating were not your favorites( and that might not be the case anyway). Some sororities shine more brightly in an informal situation. You have nothing to lose but a little bit of time. Good luck.
